Encouragement to “bottle and sell this” led me to local events, where the sauce sold out—until I was informed I needed proper licensing. Jokingly, I was told that I was selling on “the black market,” the name stuck. And BlackMarket BBQ was born.

Today, BMB is a veteran-owned, small batch BBQ brand known for its handcrafted, artisan approach to sauce-making.
